The Alfa Romeo Tipo 33/3 driven by Rolf Stommelen and Nanni Galli at the 1970 24 Hours of Le Mans. The number 35 car would be disqualified 11 hours into the race due to “outside assistance” – it was unable to pull away from a pitstop and received a push-start. For the 1970 race Alfa Romeo’s Autodelta team brought 4 cars to Le Mans and had a strong driver line-up – unfortunately none of the team cars finished the race.
